About This Role
- Configure and customize Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications using Guidewire Studio and Gosu according to business and technical requirements.
- Lead and support end-to-end data conversion/migration projects across Guidewire products including developing data mappings, validation rules, and troubleshooting migration tools.
- Collaborate with Lead Architects and teams to define user stories, technical approaches, conduct reviews, document solutions, and mentor junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8+ years in software development, Guidewire implementation, or data migration.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire configuration development using Guidewire Studio and Gosu, and working on Guidewire data conversion projects.
- Experience with Guidewire Data Upload Tool (DUT) and Guidewire migration tools including data preparation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional competency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage complex Guidewire data migration tasks including source-to-target mapping, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Experience working in Agile environments with global teams and contributing to technical design and estimation alongside architects.
- Strong operational focus on troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and applying AI-driven productivity improvements relevant to Guidewire development and migration.
