About This Role
- Build, operate, and troubleshoot enterprise UNIX/Linux platforms across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to ensure production readiness and lifecycle management.
- Lead Linux vulnerability remediation, security hardening, compliance validation, and audit readiness at an enterprise scale.
- Automate platform operations and manage CI/CD pipelines using Ansible, Python, Shell, and infrastructure-as-code tools to improve platform stability and self-healing.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Platform Engineering experience with substantial enterprise Linux operations.
- Expertise in Linux administration on RHEL 8/9, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04, and Amazon Linux 2/2023 including security and kernel patching, production troubleshooting, and CIS benchmark application with Ansible.
- Strong skills in Ansible for configuration management and automation, advanced experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Terraform, and building Linux images with Packer or AWS Image Builder.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) supporting patching and compliance workflows; familiarity with security scanner integrations (SonarQube, Veracode, Snyk, StackHawk).
