About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of ETL/data pipelines and semantic models to deliver accurate, efficient business intelligence solutions.
- Develop, optimize, and manage complex Power BI dashboards, including DAX measures, Power Query, security (RLS/OLS), publication, and refresh.
- Manage end-to-end BI projects with Corporate teams, from requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring, ensuring data quality and stakeholder validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8+ years experience in analytics/BI roles with strong Microsoft Power BI expertise.
- Mandatory certification: PL-300 (Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- Deep hands-on SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing/ETL architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading data projects involving data modelling, query optimization, and performance tuning in complex business environments.
- Proficient in end-to-end BI development including stakeholder management and documentation for internal corporate functions.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams across international audiences.
