About This Role
- Process enrolments, endorsements, and policy servicing tasks for group health insurance clients ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with insurers, clients, TPAs, and internal teams to maintain up-to-date policy records and timely communication.
- Maintain documentation including active rosters, CD statements, trackers, and prepare MIS reports for internal and client reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business Administration preferred).
- 1 – 5 years experience in health insurance enrolments/endorsements or policy servicing at a broker.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data handling.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance processes and terminology.

- Experienced in group health insurance enrolments and endorsements with understanding of insurer portals or broker management software.
- Detail-oriented professional accustomed to handling multiple deadlines and coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
- Familiar with insurance compliance, documentation norms, and policy renewal processes.
