About This Role
- Own end-to-end development of medium to large features, including designing components, APIs, workflows, and reusable utilities.
- Write high-quality, secure, scalable, and well-tested code with responsibilities for debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers (Level 1 & 2), contribute to Agile processes, CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI tools to enhance coding, design, testing, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–13 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, microservices basics, and database design including SQL query optimization.
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Azure AI.

- Experienced individual contributor with depth in coding, modular design, and performance optimization in .NET and Angular ecosystems.
- Capable mentor for junior engineers and active Agile team participant, with practical knowledge of CI/CD and cloud environments.
