About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, development, and deployment of engineering solutions for Corporate Banking technology platforms.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, reusable, and well-architected to integrate into business processes.
- Lead engineering quality reviews and promote adoption of innovative technologies across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of IT industry experience with hands-on Java and SQL skills.
- Proficiency in full stack development including Java, React/Angular, Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native build tools (Maven, Jenkins).
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing, and modern security and code quality practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of taking end-to-end ownership for complex engineering solutions in a global banking environment.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native full stack development and modern DevOps practices with focus on Google Cloud and related ecosystem.
- Able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and promote collaboration across geographies and cross-functional teams.
