About This Role
- Design, build and run enterprise BI platform using WebFOCUS, combining hands-on development with platform administration and governance.
- Develop dashboards, analytical applications, parameterized reports, and FOCEXEC procedures integrating HTML/JavaScript; optimize queries and reporting performance.
- Manage WebFOCUS environments (Dev, QA, Prod), including installation, configuration, upgrades, security setup, performance monitoring, and support production issues, mentoring junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
- 7+ years total IT experience; 6+ years hands-on WebFOCUS development; 2+ years WebFOCUS platform administration.
- Strong expertise in FOCEXEC development, metadata management, environment management, performance tuning, server configuration, and security.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and version control (Git); hybrid work in Pune, India with onsite presence at least Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays.
