About This Role
- Manage end-to-end SAP projects including implementation, migration, cutover, and application support with focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes ensuring SLA and KPI adherence according to ITIL standards.
- Lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders including senior leadership, and provide periodic updates, with responsibility for AMS support activities and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of SAP Project Management experience covering implementation, migration, and AMS.
- Formal education of minimum 10+ years (equivalent to graduation).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one SAP module specialization.
- Experience managing ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes with SLA adherence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complete SAP project lifecycle phases including development, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Proficient in stakeholder and team management, including handling business user expectations and senior leadership engagement.
- Familiar with SAP Activate Project Manager certification, ticketing tools (Solution Manager, ServiceNow), and continuous improvement in SAP integrations.
