About This Role
- Lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they remain on track, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and deliver quality project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years client-facing digital project management experience, preferably with agile methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years agency/consultancy experience (5+ years preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience delivering enterprise Salesforce or CRM projects required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to earn SCRUM certification within 90 days; experience with Jira/Confluence preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage and mentor project teams in a fast-paced digital consultancy environment.
- Strong communicator skilled at interfacing with clients, business technologists, and technical teams to align project goals.
- Background in digital marketing technologies including Salesforce and Sitecore, comfortable managing complex enterprise projects.
