About This Role
- Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects including implementations, migrations, and application support (AMS).
- Lead SAP project teams to monitor progress and provide structured updates to business users and senior leadership.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes adhering to ITIL standards and SLAs, ensuring continuous improvement and effective issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of SAP Project Management experience including implementation, migration, and AMS support.
- Minimum 10+ years of formal education.
- Hands-on experience specifically in SAP S/4HANA with specialization in at least one SAP module.
- Experience managing ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes with strict SLA and KPI adherence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full SAP project lifecycle phases: development, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Capable of translating business challenges into SAP solutions with demonstrated stakeholder management skills for engagement across business users and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and tools like Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or equivalent ticketing systems for support and deployment management.
