About This Role
- End-to-end ownership of customer engagement including account management, service delivery, and project/program execution in Managed Services (Infrastructure or SAP) and development initiatives.
- Lead customer interactions at CXO level, translating business objectives into IT outcomes ensuring service stability and predictable delivery.
- Manage financial performance related to projects and services, with accountability for budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
Minimum Requirements
- 15-18 years of work experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Prior program or project management experience as Program Manager / Project Manager mandatory.
- Mandatory domain expertise in either Infrastructure or SAP landscapes with exposure to Managed Services (Infrastructure and/or AMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MBA required; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred; ITIL certification advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large, complex IT programs with combined responsibility for delivery and financials in enterprise settings.
- Comfortable engaging and managing relationships with senior stakeholders including CEOs and CXOs.
- Background in Manufacturing business processes with understanding of Purchasing, Sales, and Finance, and well-versed in SDLC, ITIL service management and Agile/Hybrid delivery.
