About This Role
- Lead QA delivery and test automation for cloud-native, AI-driven platforms focusing on quality assurance for data-centric systems.
- Define and implement BI data validation strategies across analytics layers to ensure data traceability and accuracy in reporting.
- Drive continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) quality metrics including regression automation and performance testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years experience in QA/test automation with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience testing data-driven platforms, pipelines, and BI validation logic.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and languages including Java, Python, Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
- Location requirement: Must work full time at Chennai office during 10.30am to 7.30pm IST, Monday to Friday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable managing QA teams in a data-centric, AI/ML and cloud environment.
- Technical expertise in automation frameworks and tools relevant to large-scale BI and data pipeline testing.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and data engineering teams on test coverage, data handling, and quality metrics.
