About This Role
- Lead enterprise strategy, architecture, and implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Establish reusable AI engineering frameworks, standards, governance, and reference architectures to enable scalable, safe AI integration in developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering solutions that measurably improve software delivery speed, developer productivity, and engineering quality across multiple technology organizations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with strong software engineering background.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and building enterprise-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms.
- Strong expertise in Java, microservices architectures, cloud-native application development, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience implementing enterprise DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-enabled developer productivity or intelligent automation solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader who has defined and driven technology strategy and architecture in large, complex organizations.
- Expertise in integrating Generative AI, AI Agents, and AI Teammates into developer platforms and CI/CD environments, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI Agents.
- History of leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives with ability to communicate complex AI and software engineering concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
