About This Role
- Support compensation and benefits market benchmarking studies to assess competitiveness across country, regional, and global levels.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide insights for talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Maintain benchmarking tools, prepare reports and dashboards summarizing findings, and provide administrative support for benchmarking projects.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or related field focused on market benchmarking and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with statistical analysis tools; experience with benchmarking platforms like Korn Ferry Hay, Aon, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or analytical background.
- Must have flexibility to work across different global time zones; role based in Pune with hybrid office/remote setup.
