About This Role
- Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise .NET applications to meet business needs.
- Monitor and control all phases of the software development life cycle ensuring compliance with quality and security standards.
- Provide advisory and coaching support to junior analysts and contribute to risk assessment and compliance adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming, with at least 5 years as an Architect implementing enterprise .NET applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects including end-to-end Agile development lifecycle.
- At least 85% of past engagement time spent coding on .NET technologies.

- Experienced in enterprise-level application development using .NET and related technologies with strong coding background.
- Comfortable leading full software development lifecycle activities under pressure and adapting to changing requirements.
- Proven ability to manage project risks, ensure compliance, and provide technical guidance within a technology team.
