About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of scalable full-stack Java application systems within enterprise environments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define architectural roadmaps, integrate enterprise services, and release new digital capabilities.
- Drive coding standards, quality governance, technical problem resolution, and mentorship of mid-level engineers, leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering and application architecture, including technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
- Expertise with Java (Java 17/21), Spring frameworks, microservices, messaging/event-driven systems, React/Angular frontend frameworks, and enterprise-grade REST/gRPC APIs.
- Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with database (Oracle, MongoDB) design and optimization.
