About This Role
- Lead and manage a QA team including Automation Testers to define and enforce QA processes and best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, API, performance, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, maintain, and scale automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines, driving increased automation coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years of overall QA experience with 3-5 years in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.
- Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG/JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Programming experience in Java (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Location flexibility: Chennai or Gurgaon; Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experienced QA leader with strong stakeholder management and ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in automation framework design and implementation with proven CI/CD integration skills.
