About This Role
- Manage global employee Travel and Expense management including compliance with Travel, Expense, and Corporate Card policies.
- Oversee Corporate Card lifecycle processing, payment batches, manual reimbursements, reconciliations, and vendor contract negotiations with airlines and hotels.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence, process improvements, financial close activities, and support 24/7 dynamic travel environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience managing Travel, Expense, and Corporate Card programs in a global matrix organization.
- Hands-on expertise in Corporate Card processing, financial reconciliations, and global payment operations including manual country payment batches.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 dynamic environment; proficiency with systems like Navan, Coupa, NetSuite, Workday, Bank Integration, and Card feed programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in vendor negotiations securing corporate rates with airlines, hotel chains, and travel suppliers in large global organizations.
- Skilled in financial reconciliations, process documentation, and continuous improvement within travel and expense functions.
- Comfortable operating in a global SaaS or technology environment managing travel deliverables across multiple international time zones.
