About This Role
- Own the definition, optimization, and governance of SAP FICO processes in alignment with business and central standards for BGSW.
- Lead development and coordination of Business Requirements (BR) within Agile processes, including testing, approvals, and documentation.
- Represent process area in decision-making forums, manage interdependencies across process chains, and ensure performance and compliance metrics are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience in finance and accounting, including SAP FICO Implementation, Rollout, or Support.
- Educational qualification: MBA Finance or ICWA; SAP certification preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in SAP FICO processes, business planning, and forecasting.
- Good communication and presentation skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling finance roles within SAP environments with exposure to corporate functions such as business finance and controlling.
- Familiar with reporting and dashboard creation for senior management.
- Comfortable coordinating complex process chain integrations and engaging in governance and Agile methodologies.
