About This Role
- Lead production planning and scheduling ensuring adherence to the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and optimized capacity across manufacturing units.
- Drive material availability and inventory optimization to support uninterrupted production and improve plant performance.
- Implement and enhance digitalized planning processes using ERP and analytics to improve production adherence, OTIF delivery, and cost efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Experience with ERP-based planning systems.
- MBA in Operations / Supply Chain preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end production planning with focus on MPS adherence and bottleneck management.
- Experience driving data-driven decision-making leveraging ERP and analytics for operational improvements.
- Strong orientation toward capacity planning, inventory control, and execution discipline in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
