About This Role
- Own the design and evolution of Moveworks conversational AI platform’s core enterprise data and service building blocks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, ML, customer success) to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure backend platform components.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform reliability, performance, and scalability, ensuring interdependent deadline-sensitive delivery with other engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience designing, building, shipping, and maintaining backend distributed systems and platforms.
- Experience with API-based platforms, REST/RPC systems, microservices in Python/Golang/Java/C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to solve for performance, scalability, latency, and monitoring in backend systems.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years
