About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of AppZen Expense Audit and Card Audit implementations including design, configuration, integration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
- Manage multiple single- and multi-country implementations simultaneously, overseeing scope, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Build relationships to coordinate with global customers, internal teams, and stakeholders while managing roadmap and reporting to global steering committee.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in implementing SaaS products or relevant business consulting with full enterprise implementation ownership.
- Strong project management skills including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with SaaS integration frameworks (APIs, SFTP/flat-file feeds, SSO) and knowledge of T&E, expense reporting, corporate card processes, and audit controls.
- Must be willing to work 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) to align with global customers and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations independently and under time/budget constraints.
- Familiar with AI/ML and large language model applications in finance automation and capable of using/designing/deploying AI agents.
- Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and able to coordinate across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
