About This Role
- Support accurate and timely processing of securities transactions and settlements.
- Follow procedures and controls while collaborating with business partners to resolve routine inquiries and support operational tasks.
- Participate in process improvements, support daily securities and cash production activities, and escalate issues appropriately.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of Securities Operations experience or equivalent via work, training, military, or education.
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and controls while meeting quality and service standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with escalation capability.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ months in Securities Operations or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate comfortable working under guidance while developing foundational knowledge in securities operations and trade lifecycle.
- Experience or demonstrated capability in routine securities operations including cash payments, funding operations, custodial services, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Operates with focus on risk management, compliance adherence, and effective issue escalation within operational frameworks.
