About This Role
- Lead and support the operational risk management program within the GBSC shared services functions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks related to processes, people, systems, and external events.
- Maintain risk registers, heat maps, audit schedules, reports, and collaborate with internal and external audit and risk teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in audit, operational risk, or risk management functions is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Payroll and HR (People & Capability) domain.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks (ERM, ORM, TRM) and 'three lines of defense' model.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced Excel and Visio skills; experience in Tableau, Alteryx, or statistical analysis is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and implementing risk controls and remediation plans in a shared services or operational environment.
- Capable of independent work under pressure and ambiguity with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates effective communication and relationship management skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership.
