About This Role
- Lead complex global ERP deployments (SAP & QAD) managing requirements gathering, project planning, communications, and execution.
- Manage IT budgets ranging approximately from $1M to $10M and coordinate Cat and IT vendor resources across regions.
- Engage with senior leaders, GCIO, EMs, and GIS division managers to drive SAP transformation initiatives and demand management activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in SAP project delivery.
- PMP or Black Belt certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Work Experience Required: 10 plus years experience in SAP project delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior program manager skilled in global ERP deployment with strong strategic and tactical planning capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar IT budgets and cross-regional, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with ability to influence senior leaders and vendors.
