About This Role
- Lead and manage a Mumbai-based team covering Cash Management and payments functions, including forecasting and funding currencies, payment exception management, and AML screening.
- Develop staff and manage resources using tools like work queues and checklists while setting team direction and training plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners and infrastructure departments to support financial transactions and operational risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Cash Management, payments operations, or related financial transaction functions.
- Experience managing teams and enhancing control frameworks to reduce operational risk.
- Must be capable of handling Anti Money Laundering (AML) checks and non-STP payment processes for multiple clients.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in relevant operational or financial services roles.

- Experienced leader with a strong background in operations related to Cash Management and payments within financial services firms.
- Ability to act as Subject Matter Expert and support Director-level management with deep operational knowledge and risk management skills.
- Skilled in building cross-functional relationships to align front, middle, and back office processes to optimize liquidity and cost-effectiveness.
