About This Role
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including wireless access points, routers, switches, and WLAN controllers.
- Perform fault isolation, resolution, and maintenance activities adhering to SLAs and ITIL change management processes.
- Support customer network issues remotely or onsite and coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Network Infrastructure.
- ITIL Foundation certification required.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, WLCs, Meraki devices, HP/Aruba switches and routers, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, ACI, and SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Silver Peak, VeloCloud).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years supporting Network Infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds professional level certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, SISE or Aruba ACSA, ACSP, ACMX, ACSDP.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in standard troubleshooting practices and network protocol knowledge.
- Familiar with virtualization concepts and experienced with public cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
