About This Role
- Manage the hotel’s purchasing and procurement operations following Accor standards and policies.
- Source quality products and services competitively while maintaining quality standards and vendor relationships.
- Negotiate with suppliers, process purchase orders, coordinate with multiple hotel departments, and monitor purchasing expenditures to control costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience in branded hotels with minimum 1 year in a similar role.
- Experience managing procurement operations and supplier negotiations.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in branded hotels including 1 year in similar role.

- Experienced in leading procurement teams within branded hotel environments.
- Capable of handling cross-department coordination to meet operational requirements.
- Strong in vendor management, cost control, and contract negotiation within hospitality sector.
