About This Role
- Owns delivery and on-time completion of client projects involving service delivery, managed services, or implementations.
- Manages cross-functional onshore/offshore teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Leads solution design, client requirement analysis, and delivery of technical leadership within pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5–8 years of experience in consulting or services delivery, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
- Strong project management skills including client influencing and relationship building.
- Experience in technical architecture/design or development desired; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading consultative relationships with senior managers and executives in pharma/healthcare/life sciences clients.
- Capable of developing subject matter expertise in technology/applications consulting specific to pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences.
- Able to manage work streams and coordinate teams to deliver effective, client-centric solutions on complex projects.
