About This Role
- Lead development and enhancement of commercial analytics dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making across multiple franchises.
- Manage and improve end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical sales and field reporting projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution with global stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytical techniques and automation to improve insight generation and reporting efficiency across the Sanofi Global Hub operations team.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product commercial analytics.
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R (3+ years) and data visualization tools like Qlik Sense or PowerBI (2+ years).
- Advanced degree in Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics or related field (e.g., PhD, MBA, Masters).
- Experience working with commercial pharma datasets such as IQVIA, APLD, and engagement/execution data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting pharmaceutical sales operations, especially in field sales reporting and deal tracking analytics.
- Capable of operating in an international matrix environment, coordinating across time zones with global teams and vendors.
- Strong technical orientation with proven skills in reporting automation, quality assurance, and managing analytics projects end-to-end with a focus on innovation and process improvements.
