About This Role
- Provide front-office trade booking and processing support for NY Interest Rate Sales desk, covering OTC interest rate swaps, swaptions, and cash trades.
- Identify and resolve trade amendments and operational disputes; liaise with trade settlement and confirmation teams.
- Work aligned with NY market hours and support multiple priorities under time pressure, escalating issues as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or trading support role for Interest Rate Derivatives.
- Experience in OTC derivative trade capture and booking processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA for spreadsheet analysis.
- Must be able to work in NY market hours from Mumbai (time-zone alignment).
