About This Role
- Support accuracy, compliance, and maintenance of the bank’s escheatment and unclaimed property reporting processes and systems.
- Manage Safe Deposit Box activities, due diligence mailings, client service communications, and track related correspondence and returned mail.
- Perform high-volume data entry and review regulatory holds; identify and escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or master's degree in Banking and Finance.
- 0–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, operations, account servicing, or similar process-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookups, data validation) and basic Microsoft 365 applications; familiarity with Power Automate, Power Query, and macros preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 0–2 years in relevant banking or operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing high-volume, time-sensitive financial transaction processing.
- Comfortable making judgment-based decisions within guidelines and escalating risks appropriately.
- Experience or exposure to banking cash management, treasury, deposits, and regulatory compliance processes improves fit.
