About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for IT Asset Management product/POD including CMDB, HAM, SAM with Flexera integration, APM, Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and enterprise integrations.
- Lead CMDB engineering focusing on configuration management, data quality, governance, and authoritative-source management.
- Design and govern enterprise integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, ensuring monitoring, error handling, and operational support.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of overall ServiceNow/technology experience with significant technical leadership responsibilities.
- Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
- Proven experience with CMDB, HAM, SAM, APM, Service Graph Connectors, ServiceNow Discovery, Flexera integration, and enterprise integrations.
- BFSI industry experience strongly preferred with understanding of risk, controls, auditability, security, regulatory requirements, and technology asset governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading engineers and owning technical delivery within an Agile Product/POD operating model.
- Strong domain and business acumen linking engineering decisions to business services, risk management, cost optimization, operational resilience, and technology lifecycle outcomes.
- Skilled at managing high-volume data integrations and technical modernization in complex enterprise environments.
