About This Role
- Lead development of advanced ML and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration strategies on Snowflake/Data Lake platforms.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy and mentor data science team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data engineering, and machine learning solutions.
- Proficient with Azure Stack services, Snowflake, and SQL with strong dimensional modeling knowledge.
- Experience developing interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling to healthcare or similar domains.
- Capable of leading AI research projects and advancing technical capabilities within a team environment.
- Skilled in Python or R programming and able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
