About This Role
- Serve as the senior technology partner and principal CTO representative for an assigned Operating Unit Region and related stakeholders, connecting business strategy to technology priorities.
- Maintain end-to-end technology health oversight across products, platforms, infrastructure, cyber, data, digital services, and delivery, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Provide integrated visibility of portfolio initiatives, investments and technology roadmaps while facilitating governance, cross-functional coordination and executive insight for CTO decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Senior-level experience in complex global technology environments advising senior business or technology leadership.
- Broad understanding of enterprise technology domains including infrastructure, cyber, data, architecture, and digital services.
- Proven capability to connect business strategy with technology priorities and advocate ITIL-aligned service management practices.
- Location Requirement: Based in Bangalore, India.

- Experienced in building trusted executive relationships and influencing decisions within matrix, culturally diverse global organizations without direct authority.
- Strong commercial, financial and portfolio awareness with judgement to advise on demand, investment and supplier performance.
- Analytical decision-maker using multi-dimensional data (service, financial, operational, risk, experience) to provide evidence-based insights and recommendations.
