About This Role
- Own end-to-end finance data management including design and development of Python and Spark pipelines integrating multiple data sources into governed analytics layers.
- Analyze finance data using statistical methods and generate actionable insights with automated reporting and interactive dashboards using Rill and Power BI.
- Develop AI agents and intelligent workflows for automation, reporting, and insight generation, ensuring robust lifecycle ownership from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or finance systems.
- Proficiency in Python (3+ years), Spark/PySpark (2+ years), SQL and finance data modeling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Rill (1+ year) and Power BI with data modeling and DAX knowledge.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently delivering finance data products and solutions with ownership from problem scoping to deployment.
- Strong applied statistics knowledge relevant to finance use cases like forecasting and variance analysis.
- Technical expertise in integrating advanced AI/LLM tools (Claude API preferred) within finance analytics workflows and automations.
