About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React for frontend and Java/Spring Boot or Node.js for backend services.
- Implement and optimize scalable backend services integrating SQL and NoSQL databases ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from design through automated testing and release, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field, or relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with hands-on frontend and backend delivery.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and backend development with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, AI coding workflows, and secure coding practices (SAST/DAST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional development involving frontend React interfaces and backend Java/Spring Boot or Node.js services with cloud deployment (preferably Azure).
- Comfortable with AI agentic coding workflows including providing requirements, using development tools, reviewing and validating AI-generated code changes while ensuring security and privacy.
- Skilled in end-to-end ownership of features from concept through deployment, collaborating in Agile teams and managing complex requirements and timelines effectively.
