About This Role
- Lead SAP S/4HANA and ECC end-to-end implementation projects for procurement modules including MM, QM, and Inventory Management, covering all project phases such as requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, development, testing, cutover, and support.
- Design and optimize Source-to-Pay processes through workshops, FIT/GAP analysis, and collaboration with architects and cross-functional teams ensuring scalable procurement and sourcing solutions.
- Provide domain expertise and technical input for SAP procurement solutions, including hands-on work with SAP Ariba, integration standards, middleware tools, and custom development (ABAP, BAPIs).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with 14+ years experience OR Master’s with 13+ years OR PhD with 12+ years as SAP Senior Business Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations including at least one full life cycle greenfield project and 3 full life cycle SAP ECC implementations.
- Proven experience leading IT development teams and managing large-scale SAP procurement projects with budget responsibility.
- This role requires on-site presence in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep functional expertise in SAP procurement and supply chain modules (MM, QM, Inventory Management) combined with strong hands-on experience delivering complex SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations.
- Experience working with integration technologies (IDocs, ALE, EDI) and connected procurement platforms like SAP Ariba, Blue Yonder, and E2Open.
- Capability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical solutions and manage cross-functional teams in large-scale supply chain IT projects.
