- Manage operation, maintenance, and administration of global multi-data center systems to ensure reliability and meet business needs.
- Lead global capacity management and infrastructure change processes to support scalability and uninterrupted service in a card authorization environment.
- Oversee vendor relationships, system security compliance, disaster recovery planning, and collaborate with business partners for evolving infrastructure needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or relevant equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of related professional experience, including 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with global multi-data center environments and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as SSAE No.16, SOC1, and FFIEC.
