About This Role
- Manage and ensure success of multiple concurrent digital marketing campaigns, meeting timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and proactive communication to build trusted relationships.
- Analyze campaign KPIs and data to identify trends, address risks proactively, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Campaign Management, Sales Planning, Client Services, or Digital Marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience preferably in B2B media, ad tech, digital publishing, agency, or integrated marketing environments.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in client-facing or related roles
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong ability to manage multiple high-volume campaigns with attention to detail and organization.
- Strategic and proactive mindset with ownership of client outcomes and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, enterprise technology, digital media, or B2B marketing environments and experience using Salesforce or campaign/project management tools.
