About This Role
- Coordinate and manage all logistics for instructor-led training sessions including venues, vendors, schedules, and communications.
- Administer Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday LMS) for session scheduling, reporting, issue resolution, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain smooth virtual classroom training operations and resolve routine problems within established guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in learning operations or related roles.
- Any Graduation degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Workday LMS.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Instructor-Led Training (ILT) coordination with strong scheduling and logistics skills.
- Comfortable working under moderate supervision, handling routine problems, and following established guidelines.
- Capable of managing LMS platforms efficiently and providing quick responses to technical or operational issues within a team context.
