About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Credit Bureau Reporting ensuring accurate, timely submission to Credit Information Companies (CICs).
- Analyze and resolve bureau data rejections by coordinating with Business, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and CIC guidelines, support audits, and maintain MIS and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in Bureau Reporting, Credit Operations, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking Operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with knowledge of CIC reporting and RBI guidelines.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant domain.

- Experience in handling credit bureau reporting with strong operational ownership in data quality and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, and technology teams for issue resolution.
