About This Role
- Manage and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs, serving as the primary interface between business partners and technical teams.
- Document resolutions and update standard operating procedures; develop permanent fixes for recurring issues and automate repetitive tasks.
- Provide training and support to business users and junior team members, ensuring effective system usage and workflow management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of demonstrated software development experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/M.S./M.Tech/MCA) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, understanding of databases, and familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in software development.
