About This Role
- Design and develop Agile websites and mobile applications with focus on UI/UX experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
- Design and implement emailers compatible with HTML and Mailchimp; create banners and offline collaterals.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in website UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and wireframing tools with ability to convert PSD to HTML.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery), WordPress themes, and plugins.
- Basic understanding of CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS) and SEO fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both creative visual design and technical front-end development for web and mobile.
- Capable of problem diagnosis and solving with up-to-date knowledge of current web design trends and technologies.
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders at multiple levels.
