About This Role
- Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform including patch application and version upgrades.
- Develop and automate workflows, scripts, UI components, and integrations to enhance IT service management processes.
- Secure and optimize the platform, create detailed documentation, and develop reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience.
- At least 2 relevant ServiceNow certifications from specified list (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL framework.

- Experienced in designing and automating ITSM processes using ServiceNow at scale within managed or enterprise service environments.
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and customizing ServiceNow portals and applications with demonstrated automation impact.
- Collaborative communicator capable of managing multiple tasks independently and aligning delivery approaches with stakeholder needs.
