About This Role
- Analyze and document business processes and client requirements for e-commerce, CMS, CRM, and product engineering projects serving US/Canada markets.
- Lead or assist in project management for small to medium projects, facilitating communication between clients and technology/support teams.
- Generate insights and reports using data visualization tools like Power BI and Google Data Studio to inform marketing, UX, payment, and strategy decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technology/IT services.
- MBA preferred from a reputed college or university; BTech also acceptable as per description.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in technology/IT services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in or with technology services focused on e-commerce and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong skills in data visualization and automated reporting leveraging Google APIs, Adobe Report Builder, and related tools.
- Ability to independently manage client interactions and translate business needs into actionable analytics insights.
