About This Role
- Lead and mentor full-stack software development teams delivering secure, scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and modern front-end technologies.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide strategic technology guidance to meet business goals.
- Own development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of software solutions ensuring operational excellence and security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of full-stack software development experience with enterprise-scale and distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular, Oracle/SQL, AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Bedrock), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools, and Python scripting.
- Experience with AI/GenAI integration (LLMs), event-driven architecture, and enterprise monitoring tools like New Relic and Splunk.
- Education: Undergraduate studies in Computer Science or related field preferred; Work Experience Required: At least 6 years programming and systems analysis, 3 years preferred project management experience.

- Experienced in secure software engineering, DevSecOps, and building complex distributed cloud-native applications at scale.
- Comfortable operating in collaborative cross-team settings serving large enterprises, with working knowledge in insurance/financial services domains a plus.
