About This Role
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy secure software applications primarily in Java within an agile environment.
- Apply DevSecOps practices to ensure protection of data and technology solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage medium to large project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables proactively, collaborating across teams and adhering to company standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in Java full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in backend Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and frontend Angular for full-stack roles.
- Experience with Cloud (AWS services EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, MIS, or related field; technology experience or related certificates may substitute degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance software in an enterprise agile environment.
- Capable of managing medium to large projects with cross-team collaboration and adherence to security standards.
- Familiar with insurance or financial services domain and adept at applying DevSecOps and continuous improvement practices.
