About This Role
- Own frontend architecture and design decisions for a large React and TypeScript AI platform used by diverse users including researchers, ML engineers, and risk reviewers.
- Develop and maintain a component library and data-dense interfaces with high performance requirements, including real-time data handling and schema-driven forms.
- Ensure enterprise-grade UI features such as SSO, role-awareness, auditability, accessibility, internationalization, offline/air-gapped deployment, and enforce performance budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years building production web applications with several years as technical lead on complex product UIs.
- Expert-level TypeScript and React proficiency including React 19 concurrency and performance profiling.
- Proven experience owning and materially improving large frontend codebases while shipping features incrementally.
- Experience with key frontend tools and libraries: TanStack Query (or equivalent), Tailwind CSS, React Hook Form with Zod, Vite, pnpm, and strong testing discipline using Vitest, Jest, Playwright.

- Strong ownership mindset demonstrated through designing and shipping product UI features end-to-end without detailed specs or PM oversight.
- Experience building data-intensive, high-performance interfaces supporting multiple user roles with differing technical expertise.
- Background in incremental architectural migrations, component system/ design system maintenance, and meeting enterprise/offline deployment constraints in regulated environments.
