About This Role
- Lead and coordinate software development activities within Agile/Scrum, including coding, testing, and deployment in a safety-critical environment.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint execution, removing impediments and providing status reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners and engineers to deliver AI-enabled, cloud-native software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years relevant software development experience (6+ years with Master’s degree).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or C# and experience in Agile/DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with AI/ML or AI-enabled application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical Scrum Master role with hands-on software development background in regulated, mission-critical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams delivering complex software integrating cloud-native and legacy systems.
- Strong technical expertise in software design, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and AI-enhanced applications within safety-critical or aviation domain preferred.
